Rectangular Hollow Sections

Application:for steel Building Structures.

Manufacture method:Shaping the round tubular section with longitudinal weld(Automatic high frequency welding) and consequent spellerizing to square or rectangular section.

The article sections shall conform to those specified in fingures 1 and 2

Remark: h—Height(width)；b—width；t—wall thickness；R—edge radius；I—Inertia moment；W—resistance moment；i—radius of inertia

Tolerance:

1. The maximum deviation of the wall thickness shall conform to the maximum deviation of thickness of the blank metal with a width of 1250mm of normal rolling accuracy E in accordance with GOST 19903.Maximum deviations of thickness shall not apply to the places of bending.
2. The maximum deviation of the section height and width shall not exceed:

--+/-1.5mm for a section height (width)of up to 100mm

--+/-2.0mm for a section height(width)exceeding 100mm.

In case of a section with a height (width)of 100 mm and a wall thickness of 7mm,The maximum deviation of the section height (width ) shall not exceed +/-2.0mm

3.The deviation of an angle in a cross-section from 90 °shall not exceed +/-1°30’,In case of sections with a wall thickness from 7 to 14mm,The maximum deviation from 90° shall not exceed +/-2°
